Our Returns Promise

We stand behind Lyrika Nourish Matrix. If you're not satisfied, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your purchase for a full refund.

Return Eligibility

Unopened packages are eligible for full refunds within 14 days of delivery. The return must be:

• Requested within 14 days of delivery (not purchase)
• In original, unopened packaging
• Complete with all documentation and seals intact

Return Process

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We'll provide a return address
4. Ship your unopened package to us at your cost
5. Refund processed within 7 business days of receiving your return

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at order delivery. If you paid cash on delivery, we'll provide a bank transfer or cheque refund. Processing typically takes 7 business days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in cases where:

• The product arrived damaged or defective
• We shipped the wrong item

In these cases, we cover return shipping and offer a full refund plus reimbursement of return costs.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your package arrives damaged:

Opened Packages

Opened packages are generally not eligible for refunds for safety and hygiene reasons. However, if there is a defect or quality issue, contact us to discuss your specific situation. We're committed to customer satisfaction.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are typically non-refundable:

• Opened or partially used packages
• Products ordered more than 14 days ago
• Items returned without original packaging
